We are in search of a highly skilled and versatile Senior Executive Assistant who can deliver top-tier administrative support to the Chair and their senior leadership team. This key position demands a proactive and resourceful individual who will serve as the primary point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including parliamentary offices. The role is crucial to the smooth operation of the Chair's office, requiring the ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while effectively managing multiple competing priorities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Additionally, this role calls for an individual who can seamlessly coordinate complex schedules, anticipate the needs of senior executives, and maintain a high level of responsiveness and adaptability in a dynamic work setting. Serve as the primary liaison for the Chair, managing interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Handle sensitive and complex complaints and enquiries submitted directly to the Chair. Provide proactive, efficient, and effective diary and inbox management for the Chair. Arrange meetings and events, ensuring thorough preparation and information collation for the Chair’s engagements. Manage Committee/Board level meetings, including document and correspondence management. Facilitate effective working across the directorate, providing administrative oversight and collating core Trust papers. Support emergency planning and business continuity efforts, including managing on-call rotas and acting as Loggist when required. Administer Trust systems, including Oracle, e-expenses, and ESR, while adhering to Information Governance and IT Security requirements.
