About the Position:
This is a fixed-term, parental leave cover role. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and driven team player to join our customer service team. You will be a positive and outgoing person who loves dealing with clients from all walks of life.
Our ideal candidate would have an understanding of vet nursing or equine and farm experience as well as experience in retail and sales. You will have attention to detail and be reliable and calm under pressure. Most of all, you need to understand what an unbelievably amazing customer experience looks like!
The role is 40 hours per week including being part of a Saturday roster, which is currently 1 in 5 Saturdays. You must be able to work until 7pm for one night a week.
You will be supported by a team of customer service staff, vets, vet nurses and technicians and your input will be sought, valued, and respected.
