Your Day-to-Day:
* Coordinating and facilitating training events
* Supporting financial processes like levy collections and grants
* Handling customer calls and in-person queries
* Maintaining accurate records and assisting with policy implementation
* Preparing correspondence and helping colleagues when needed
You’ll Need:
* 5 GCSEs (incl. English) with 1 year of relevant experience OR 2 years of relevant recent experience
* Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Great communication and problem-solving abilities
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
