We are now seeking an organised and conscientious Regional Service Manager that will oversee multiple soft service functions such as cleaning and supplier management across circa 20 sites within the North East of England, including Approved Premises and office buildings.
Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that the ideal candidate has a UK driver's licence and is based within the North East region as travel will be required around Durham, Newcastle, Gateshead, Northumberland North & South Shields, and Sunderland.
With extensive supervisory experience working across regions and managing a frontline team and sub-contractors, you will be enthusiastic, highly organised, and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
Directly managing a frontline team including mobile supervisors and two mobile cleaners, we are looking for someone that can positively engage, empower, influence, and lead by example with credibility and passion.
You will have accountability for the following:
* Stakeholder management (including excellent client and customer collaboration)
* Health and safety (including risk assessments and allergen checks)
* People skills
* Payroll
* Leadership
* Audits
* Training
This role will predominantly be Monday to Friday and remote-based, but you will be required to travel frequently across the region to visit circa 20 sites and attend team meetings.
