What will you be doing? You will provide administrative support across all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the firm. Key Responsibilities (this list is non exhaustive) Recruitment: Assist with graduate recruitment and support other recruitment processes, including preparing interview materials, organising interviews, issuing behavioural analysis tests, and managing diaries. Coordinate the Careers inbox, monitor queries, and take appropriate action as required. Employee Engagement: Help coordinate and plan our internal wellbeing programme. Onboarding / Offboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including collating HR induction paperwork for new employees and ensuring a smooth transition for leavers. 1st Line Support: Provide first-line support for employee queries across five sites. Coordinate the HR inbox, monitoring queries daily and responding to or escalating actions as necessary. Learning & Development: Assist with the logistical arrangements for training sessions, events, and initiatives. Administration: Support administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, including filing, archiving documents, and maintaining employee records with complete accuracy and confidentiality. Update HR information as required, including the P&C SharePoint site and published documents for employees. Reporting and HR Support: Assist with reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely data is provided for people-related metrics across the firm. Manage the PACT process, collating information and creating comprehensive reports. Absence Management: Track and report on employee absence, ensuring accurate records are maintained and trends are identified. Projects: Assist with ad hoc HR projects as required, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives. Person Specification Demonstrable HR administration experience in a professional services environment is preferred. Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and all responsibilities are handled efficiently. High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing employee records, updating HR systems, and preparing reports, always ensuring compliance and confidentiality. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, providing clear and professional responses to queries and maintaining a positive and approachable demeanour. Demonstrated ability to juggle a variety of tasks throughout the day, from coordinating recruitment activities and supporting onboarding processes to assisting with HR projects and maintaining administrative systems, while remaining calm and focused under pressure.
