We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive that is proficient in German, to join our growing team in the UK.
In this role, you'll be a key player in building our presence and driving significant sales growth!
Responsibilities:
1. Develop business partnerships and opportunities with Key prospects in the short term rental industry
2. Manage sales cycles of complex SaaS products from start to finish - Prospecting, qualification, evaluation/RFP, POC, negotiations to deal closure
3. Execute on Guesty’s Go To Market strategy within EMEA
4. Develop a sales plan, execute it and include sales reports with forecasts and KPIs
5. Incorporate customer perspective, drivers, and product/service relevancy to deliver persuasive client presentations
6. Diligently manage a pipeline and communications in Salesforce
7. Work closely with the Guesty HQ to report local market trends, insights, and CTA's
8. Continuously outperform your quota, aligning with sales targets
Requirements:
1. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in German
2. 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying and closing sales roles
3. Experience in Travel / Hospitality tech sales is a plus
4. Proven closer; ability to manage complex deals and close various business types
5. Previous sales methodology training and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
6. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to manage multiple complex sales engagements
7. An entrepreneurial, independent, creative, passionate, and approachable mindset
8. Experience in consultative/solution selling and out-of-the-box thinking
