Meraki Talent are looking for an experienced Administrator to support a client based in Strathclyde Business Park, for a minimum period of 6 months. Applicants should have come from an administration background, where they have experience in managing multiple workstreams and projects. Key duties; Providing administration support to a number of departments Ensuring operative records are up to date Document management Processing mail Raising purchase orders Preparing and distributing minutes Applicants should have come from a busy and demanding office environment, where they have a proven track record in delivering on multiple workstreams. Additionally, applicants should be proficient in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This role is office based, 5 days per week, working 8am – 5pm, 8.30am – 5.30pm or 9am to 6pm.
