Job Title: Secretary

*Salary: £15 - £17 per hour
*Working Pattern: Part-Time (9am - 2pm, Monday to Friday) Office Based
Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is seeking a motivated Secretary to join their team. This role is perfect for working around school hours !
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and correspondence for two senior team members.
Ensure the smooth running of the office by providing administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Collaborate with other team members to organise and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.
Assist with financial matters, such as processing invoices.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, prioritising and responding in a timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism.
Producing typed documents from audio dictation.
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and keeping the office area clean and organised.Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Professionalism and confidentiality are essential.
A typing speed of 45 words per minute.Please note this role is fully office based.
