Sales Analyst

Paying 30k - 50k, based on experience
As a Sales Analyst, you'll be a key member of the Finance team, working closely with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to drive performance through data-driven insights. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing sales strategies and shaping business decisions.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales reporting: Create and deliver detailed sales reports, dashboards, and presentations that bring data to life through compelling storytelling.
2. Performance monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and highlight opportunities to optimise sales strategies.
3. Data collection & analysis: Process and analyse large datasets to uncover customer behaviour insights and market trends.
4. Forecasting & planning: Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning by leveraging predictive analytics and historical data.
5. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives and evaluate the financial impact of sales and marketing campaigns.
6. Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy of sales data through robust validation and regular auditing.
What we're looking for:
1. 2 - 4 years in a similar analytical role.
2. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
