Montessori Care is an aged care and registered NDIS service provider of in-home care and disability supports.
We are seeking Complex Disability Support Workers with experience across Behavioural Support Management, Tracheostomy/Ventilation Care Management, Intellectual Disability, Acquired Brain Injury, and other neurological/physical disabilities.
Part-time or Full-time role available.

Currently recruiting for several vacancies in the Canterbury/Bankstown Area. You will be recruited for an IMMEDIATE START and must be available and flexible to be incorporated within an existing functional roster that spans across the day.
Your core responsibilities include:
* Travel to client locations.
* Provide personal, physical, emotional, and social support using a person-centered approach.
* Coordinate clinical care and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
* Collect and maintain accurate health care records as required.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
* Monitor and record client’s condition and document provided care services.
* Encourage meaningful engagement by facilitating participation in social/recreational activities, community access, and building healthy relationships.
* Support effective communication and decision-making to promote independence and wellbeing.
Skills and experience:
* 2 years experience.
* Minimum of Certificate IV/Diploma in Disability Support, Aged Care support, Community Services, or Nursing qualifications.
* First Aid and CPR certificates.
* Experience in Community and Home Care/NDIS.
* Committed to providing a high level of patient care.
* PEG Feeding/Suctioning through the neck/Tracheostomy Care.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Person residing near Canterbury Area and knowledge of the local community is preferable.
* WWC/NDIS and Police check required.
