About the role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join the Leadership team at our Taste & Nutrition Manufacturing facility. Our site has a long history of producing high quality dairy products since the 1940s, today it supplies a range of cheese slices to both the food service industry and to all major UK and Ireland supermarkets. Along with these traditional business avenues there is also a child's yogurt plant and a newly commissioned appetiser plant which is a part of the continued innovation and development which Kerry is famous for.
This role would suit a talented and hands-on individual who will be overseeing and optimising the company's Supply Chain, Forecasting & Planning.
This is a permanent and full-time position, based in Coleraine.

What you'll be doing?
The role has ultimate responsibility for the management and improvement of the supply chain function within the Coleraine site, specifically to develop and lead the Kerry supply chain team on delivering a feasible supply plan to meet customer expectations, while managing a set of supply chain KPI's.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and integrate all recommended planning processes to the standardised expected Way of Working (WOW).
2. Manage the various aspects of supply chain activities, ensuring the delivery of value-add service to the business, including inventory management, supply planning, warehousing/logistics strategies (where applicable), raw material strategy, scheduling, transport, and new product execution.
3. Deliver of agreed Supply Chain KPI's and process compliance with Kerry WOW and to drive process improvement to best practice.
4. Lead a team of 4 direct reports in a day-day context and from an employee development viewpoint.
5. End to end Inventory management and stock control.
6. Ensure all costs are controlled adequately and in line with budget.
7. Preparation of monthly/weekly reporting pack with relevant metrics and KPIs.
8. Manage and develop the internal S&OP process for Kerry EUM's.
9. Review business performance to plan. Drive development and productivity actions.
10. Collaborate with functional leads to ensure improved communication.
11. Manage Supply Chain budget and identify opportunities to reduce cost.
What you can bring to the role
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant business experience. Additional post graduate educational achievements are highly desirable.
2. Previous experience in an equivalent position.
3. Excellent Management and Leadership Skills.
4. Results-driven with a focus on achieving key operational targets.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
6. Good knowledge of ERP systems.
