Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you'll provide vital admin support across our various departments. The Role: Collaborate with the Manager to develop and maintain efficient administrative systems. Foster positive relationships with managers, employees, service users, and external parties. Assist in developing and maintaining regular reporting. Ensure prompt and professional handling of all verbal and written queries. Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, filing, and record maintenance. Track and coordinate feedback, producing insightful reports. Maintain high-quality work standards aligned with our values. Ensure accurate data interpretation and compliance with GDPR. The Right Candidate: Desirable: Level 3 Administration qualification; however, training can be provided. Relevant administrative experience. Strong literacy and communication skills.
