Registered Manager | Domiciliary Care | No On-Call Requirement
Location: St Helens
Salary: up to £45,000 DOE + benefits
I am proud to be partnering with a well-respected Home Care provider who has been established for 25 years, providing essential domiciliary services to elderly people across the Liverpool and St Helens area. Currently operating out of two offices, this organisation has an outstanding team who have collaborated successfully to achieve enviable growth due to effective tender of local authority contracts. Due to internal promotion within the team, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to lead the St Helens branch.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service.
2. Manage a team of staff and work in partnership with colleagues and senior management.
3. Ensure the provision of a high-quality service, meeting individual needs and organisational priorities.
4. Maintain CQC requirements and deliver safe growth.
5. Build and maintain relationships with local councils.
To be successful in this role, you must be an experienced Registered Manager within domiciliary care. You must be level 5 qualified and have a passion for compliance and safe growth.
Benefits:
In return, you will receive a salary of up to £45,000 per annum and a range of company benefits. The working hours are 08:30 – 16:30, with a holiday allowance of 25 days + bank holidays.
