Summary: We are seeking a motivated CRM Marketing Executive to join our dynamic travel company. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote our brand, engage customers, and drive sales. This role requires a keen interest in the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with GDPR regulations. Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns, email sequences, and lead nurturing workflows using HubSpot. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless CRM integration and lead management. Generate insights from CRM data through reporting and analytics to support decision-making and performance improvements. Identify and implement best practices to optimise HubSpot functionality, improving customer engagement and retention. Train internal teams on CRM best practices, usage, and new features within HubSpot. Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and liaise with HubSpot support when required. Assist with data segmentation, lead scoring, and pipeline management to enhance sales and marketing efforts. Stay up to date with the latest HubSpot updates, CRM trends, and industry developments. Build targeted contact lists for marketing campaigns, ensuring effective segmentation and audience targeting. Perform data cleansing and enrichment for direct mail and digital marketing efforts to maintain database quality. Integrate CRM with marketing platforms such as Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads for audience targeting and campaign performance tracking. Requirements: What we are looking for: Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, HubSpot Administrator, or similar role. Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and related tools. Solid understanding of CRM best practices, automation, and data segmentation. Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer retention strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations. Experience with third-party integrations, API connections, and workflow automation is desirable. HubSpot certifications are a plus. Other Requirements: Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations would be a bonus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
