Job Description:
My Client is seeking a skilled RF Antenna Design Engineer with experience in the design and simulation of patch antennas on PCBs for UHF, S-band, X-band, and Ka-band frequencies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in utilizing advanced electromagnetic simulation tools, specifically HFSS or CST, to develop, optimize, and validate antenna designs.
Responsibilities:
Design and simulate patch antennas on PCBs for frequencies ranging from UHF to Ka-band.
Utilize HFSS or CST tools to model and optimize antenna performance, including impedance matching, radiation patterns, and bandwidth.
Conduct performance analysis and validate designs through both simulations and physical testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antenna designs into systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve design issues related to antenna performance and PCB integration.
Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience in RF antenna design, specifically patch antennas for UHF, S-band, X-band, and Ka-band.
Proficiency in HFSS or CST design and simulation tools.
Strong understanding of PCB layout and integration with RF components.
Ability to work with test equipment for antenna measurements and performance validation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
