Applications are invited for a Clinical Fellow post in our unit. This is a full time fixed term appointment for a period of mandatory 12 months and is based at Arrowe Park Hospital and Clatterbridge Hospital on the Wirral.
The Clinical fellow post allows a fantastic opportunity for a senior registrar who wishes to develop a career in Urology.Through the duration of the post it is envisaged that the successful candidates will gain skills in a whole breadth of procedures, work with the Consultants, other doctors in training and nursing team providing specialist urology services, specifically delivering outpatient clinics, carrying out surgical procedures and completing the related administration.
Undertake research and audits related to specific urology subspecialty (oncology, andrology, stone & benign) .
Work as part of the wider urology team (Junior Doctors, Consultants and Nurses) provide general urology inpatient, elective and on call duties.
