As Operations Manager / General Manager, you’ll enjoy autonomy, managing and motivating a team of Project / Operations Managers and Site Crews while driving strategic decisions that positively influence the P&L.
What you’ll need
1. Proven experience in a management/leadership role overseeing a P&L.
2. Experience in developing strategic/business plans.
3. Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisation and leadership skills.
4. Previous experience within events/event logistics would be an advantage.
Other Information
1. A basic salary of up to 65k + bonus.
2. Company car or cash allowance on passing the probationary period.
3. 40hrs per week – Monday to Friday (8 – 5pm).
4. Private Medical Cover.
5. 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
This position may suit a General Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Events Operations Manager, Sales and Operations Manager, or someone who has worked in Events or Equipment/Hire Rental Companies.
