As a Global Mobility Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our colleagues from the India Centre of Excellence to the United Kingdom and Channel Islands. How you'll make an impact
* Serve as the first point of contact for all business-related travel enquiries, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution of issues.
* Oversee and manage assignments, engaging with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all relevant policies.
* Coordinate with service apartment vendors to ensure quality accommodation for travellers, and attend vendor relationship meetings alongside the travel category manager.
* Prepare cost projections and manage visa and immigration processes, ensuring all compliance activities are completed on time.
* Ensure the preferred travel management company system (Egencia) is maintained and updated with any policy changes.
* Maintain the travel tracker and prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports to provide insights and updates to the business.
* Monitor the generic email account, resolving or triaging incoming queries efficiently.
* Respond to any service escalations and liaise with relevant third-party providers to rectify issues promptly.
* Update process documentation with changes and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
* Contribute to ad-hoc projects such as operational efficiency, policy review, and technology enhancements, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
About You
* Experience of a similar role within Global Mobility.
* Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing demands and priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team player mindset.
* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is an asset.
* Right to work in the UK.
