Job summary The criminal justice team are working with people involved in the judicial system supporting them to lead meaningful lives. This team works very closely with the courts, probation and prisons to support and steer people away from a life of crime and offending often underpinned by addiction issues. If you have relevant experience in the substance misuse field and a level 3 Tackling Substance misuse or equivalent, we would like to hear from you. We provide a comprehensive package of accredited courses and for newly qualified Social Workers we support the ASYE programme. Main duties of the job To manage a caseload involved in the criminal justice system. To support adhoc the running of clinics across the service on rota basis. To support the delivery of a harm reduction advice. Conduct assessments of need and develop care plans to support the individual.
