The Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the commercial team, overseeing the financial and contractual management of a major infrastructure project. Your responsibilities will include: Managing cost control, procurement, and subcontractor relationships. Preparing and reviewing contracts and tenders. Ensuring compliance with all commercial processes and procedures. Providing accurate financial reporting and forecasts. Supporting the project team in achieving key milestones and objectives. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including NEC forms. Excellent leadership and team management skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
