EF Bournemouth International Language Campus is seeking an outgoing and friendly individual to join our Host Family Recruitment Team, connecting international students with welcoming host families.
In this role, you'll visit families, guide them through onboarding, and ensure safeguarding compliance - all while building key communication and organizational skills.
* Part-time with 20 – 25 hours per week
* 3-4 month fixed-term contract with ASAP start

Responsibilities
* Visiting host families and completing paperwork (a strong focus on compliance)
* Liaising with our existing host family community and handling enquiries
* Matching international students with host families and assisting in placements
* Participating in EF events
* Following up with newly collected paperwork and entering information into a database
* Keeping host family database up-to-date
Requirements
* Experience in customer-facing roles preferred
* Friendly and approachable manner, not afraid to speak to strangers
* Highly organised and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervised
* Excellent communicator with external clients such as host families, students, and colleagues
* A flexible approach to work and hours of work undertaken is essential
* Complete fluency in English
* A driving license is essential
* All offers are subject to a clear enhanced background check and two references
* Legally able to work in the UK at commencement of employment
