Responsibilities:
1. Manage, develop, and evaluate all aspects of service provision in the home, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, organisational policies, procedures, and codes of practice.
2. Responsible for the management and supervision of staff, enabling them to maximize their potential through leadership, coaching, support, and guidance.
3. Establish and maintain an atmosphere and practice of care based on the values of the provider, with a focus on individual concern and mutual respect between residents and staff.
Minimum Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of home management experience in a managerial or leadership role, or experience as a Deputy Manager in a larger residential home.
2. Excellent understanding of the needs of older people, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care standards.
3. Demonstrated working knowledge of care homes and CQC, highly organized, smartly presented, a good people manager, and passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Compensation:
The role of Registered Home Manager offers a salary of £45,000 - £48,000 + bonus, depending on candidate experience.
