Support Practitioner - Full Time

Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence.

No previous experience in care is required, as full training will be provided by our award-winning learning & development team. Training includes classroom sessions, e-learning, shadowing current Support Practitioners, and meeting the people you'll support.
We also finance and support you to achieve your SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
Our services are located across the East Fife area, including Levenmouth, Cupar, St Andrews, Buckhaven, Kirkcaldy, Leven, Anstruther, and Glenrothes.
We seek staff with the right values who want to make a positive impact. Our support promotes independence within a recovery-based model. Daily tasks include support with daily living, personal care, and other needs.
Requirements
Support Practitioners may work various shifts, including nights, sleepovers, weekends, days, and evenings.
About The Role
Your responsibilities will vary based on individual needs and may include:
* Social Support: Assisting individuals to engage with their communities through outings and activities.
* Medical Support: Administering and monitoring medication.
* Personal Care: Supporting personal hygiene, health appointments, and incontinence care.
* Practical Support: Assisting with household tasks, shopping, and maintaining tenancy.
