Our client based in Farnborough is looking for a fantastic Office Assistant. This is the perfect role for a recent graduate who has some administration and customer facing experience looking for a diverse role where they can assist in the general running of office, meeting set ups, greeting visitors and supporting events.
You will be based in the firms stunning offices in Farnborough.? The salary for this role is?£24,648 plus an admin bonus of circa £1,000 to £2,000 and excellent benefits.
This role is working 39.5 hours per week on a rota basis with the earliest start being 7:30am and the latest shift ending at 6:00pm.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:?
1. Client Service: Support the reception team by welcoming guests, hosting visitors, and offering refreshments to create a positive client experience.
2. Reception Support: Assist on the reception desk, handling incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
3. Event Assistance: Help organise seminars and events by setting up meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, welcoming attendees, and handling post-event clean-up.
