Marketing and Communications Assistant
Hybrid working – 2 days office based, 3 days working from home
Salary: £27,000pa - £35,000pa (dependent on experience etc)
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Market and Communications Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help with marketing campaigns, content management, and communication across different channels. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills to grow in marketing and communications.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with vendors and agencies for advertising, printing, and promotions.
Draft, edit, and proofread marketing materials
Help design marketing assets like brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
Ensure content aligns with the companies brand.
Assist with SEO for website content.
Track and analyse digital marketing performance (engagement, website traffic).
Maintain and update social media
Help organize events, webinars, and trade shows.
Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
1-2 years in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or HubSpot is a plus.
