To oversee that all invoice queries in the financial system are resolved in an accurate and timely manner. To liaise where necessary with central and garrison finance teams, internal and external customers and external suppliers. To ensure compliance with Aspire finance policies, processes and procedures. Assist the Transaction Processing Manager with any ad hoc duties as required. What Were Looking For: Qualifications: Educated to good GCSE level with a strong understanding (Intermediate Level) of Microsoft Excel. Experience: Previous experience in accounts Payable/Transaction Processing role, strong knowledge of VAT, and familiarity with accounts processes. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with excellent numerate and analytical skills. Skills: Have excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and methodical approach. An excellent communicator in both written and verbal communication. Is a positive, enthusiastic team player but also works well independently. Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
