About the Role:
* We are seeking an experienced and passionate teacher to deliver tailored lessons and support students with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities.
* The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans that cater to the unique needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To design and deliver engaging and tailored lessons that meet the specific needs of students with PMLD, promoting their skills and abilities.
2. To support students with complex needs in developing their skills and abilities through personalized care and education.
Requirements:
* Experience in teaching students with PMLD and a strong understanding of their needs.
* Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
