We are looking for a friendly, values-driven, knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to join the team, who can work proactively with applicants, customers and partners to find creative solutions to support our colleagues and help us deliver an outstanding service to applicants and the Association’s tenants. The ideal candidate should preferably have experience of working within a housing organisation or in a customer service environment. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide accurate and concise information, be flexible and positive in their approach and have the ability to adapt to change. You will need to work on your own initiative and manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment. A relevant Certificate in Housing Practice Level 3, or demonstration that you are willing to work towards this is required. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential for this post.
