The Claims & GFR Administrator is responsible for managing the claims process from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role involves meticulous documentation, communication with management, analysing and updating data
Main Duties include (but are not limited to):
-Prepare regular reports on claims status, trends, and GFR outcomes for meetings.
-Review, verify, and process claims related to product quality, safety, and other issues.
-Enter Data into excel to analysis change patterns and updates.
-Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
