What You’ll Achieve: As Senior Childminding Adviser you will: Lead, manage and co-ordinate the work of Childminding Advisers to support the alignment of childminding services with the activity of the rest of the Early Years and Childcare Service. Ensure a supply of high-quality, inclusive childminding places by staying updated with local and national policies, procedures, and legislation, and delivering childminding services to meet set targets. Coordinate activities in line with the delivery of the childminding elements of the local authority specification to ensure targets are met, activities are recorded, and delivery is fully inclusive and to a high standard. Monitor interventions for childminders rated less than 'good' by Ofsted, aiming to improve their provision promptly.
