Weekly Hours: 37 hpw
Working Weeks: 39 (190 days TTO + 5 days)
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Office Admin Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our school office, contributing to the warm, welcoming and efficient atmosphere that supports our schoolandrsquo;s mission and values.

Do You Have?
andbull; Experience in clerical work with a strong track record of providing
andnbsp; andnbsp;reliable and high-quality support to keep things running smoothly?
andbull; The ability to motivate and bring people together, creating a positive
andnbsp;andnbsp;and collaborative team environment?
andbull; A knack for building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and
andnbsp;andnbsp;external partners, as well as a passion for promoting inclusion andandnbsp;
andnbsp;andnbsp;independence for children?
andbull; Confidence and experience with school Management Information
andnbsp;andnbsp;Systems (MIS) and a solid understanding of attendance procedures?
andbull; Excellent communication, IT, and analytical skills to help improve
andnbsp;andnbsp;processes and keep everything organised?
