Strategic Growth: Develop and execute regional sales plans to open doors and secure listings with key retailers, achieving agreed commercial terms and growth targets.
Profit Management: Oversee P&L for key accounts, negotiating pricing and investments to ensure profitability.
Customer Relationships: Performance Tracking: Monitor and optimise sales performance, making data-driven decisions to adjust strategies as needed.
A proven track record in UK Big retail with Tesco, JS, John Lewis, Boots, Aldi, Lidl etc ideally in direct-to-retail sales within the health, beauty, or FMCG industries.
Exceptional commercial acumen and creativity, with the ability to build mutually beneficial solutions for partners.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
We need team players from FMCG branded business backgrounds - this is company who have people with experience across some of the biggest names in the Beauty, personal care and consumer products industries. International Business experience would be useful but commercial experience managing complex National Accounts or Key accounts with the likes of Tesco, Boots, Superdrug, Aldi, Lidl is all relevant for this!
At least 5 years of experience driving brand success in UK domestic market.
Demonstrated ability to work with major retail accounts, preferably in drugstore, grocery, or pharmacy channels.
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to produce compelling presentations and reports.
