Here at JELD-WEN Europe, a global organisation that produces and manufactures Doors and Doorsets, we’re looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst. As part of our Europe Group Financial Reporting team in Solihull, UK you will support several local finance teams across Europe to deliver Europe Group financial reporting to European and US management.
Through your experience you will have developed good organisational skills, with the ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and the ability to meet reporting deadlines. You will be able to manage complexity, be accountable, have strong communication skills and build formal and informal relationships. You will have the opportunity to interact with senior European management across the business.

What your impact will be:
* Europe monthly financial reporting process, co-ordinating reporting of local finance teams to Group deadlines and review of individual country financial results.
* Preparation of quarterly Europe Group financial reporting disclosures for Group US GAAP financial statements, liaising with US Financial Reporting team.
* Completion of SOX controls and supporting Internal Controls team in delivering SOX compliance across Europe.
* Liaising with stakeholders across the business including Tax, Financial Planning & Advisory and external auditors.
* Supporting Europe finance teams with financial reporting queries.
* Supporting in delivery of financial reporting training across Europe.
What you'll need to succeed:
* UK Qualified Accountant or part-qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with working experience.
* Experience in a financial reporting team or accountancy firm.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to present information effectively.
* Experience of US GAAP and SOX controls desirable.
* Opportunity to use and improve any European language skills if available (not essential).
* Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
