The Opportunity
The Brand Experience (Experiential) team is responsible for delivering best-in-class activations for all brands across the PepsiCo portfolio. Every day is different… you could be working on major music festivals with Rockstar Energy, to LTO influencer kits for Doritos, from temporary retail displays for Walkers to permanent stadium installations with Pepsi, the Brand Experience team touches every facet of the design process.
Responsibilities
As a Brand Experience Associate Designer, you will be an integral part of the growing Brand Experience team. Under the direction and guidance of the Experience Design Manager, the associate designer will demonstrate a keen desire to learn and adapt design-thinking strategies from ideation through to concept development, refinement, and execution. They will be able to create high quality 3D visuals with a keen eye for storytelling and how our brands can come to life in different environments. Successful candidates will be agile, curious, entrepreneurial, and most importantly passionate about pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved through design.
Qualifications
What We Require in a Candidate:
* A background or passion for Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or similar creative fields.
* A strong portfolio that demonstrates a broad range of experience and exceptional taste in design.
* Proficiency in creating compelling design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, and engaging copywriting to communicate concepts effectively.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multi-disciplinary creative environment.
* Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of the connection between brands, consumers, and impactful experiences.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Expertise in producing high-quality 3D visuals, with experience in 3D spatial tools such as Cinema 4D and SketchUp.
* A curious and innovative mindset, eager to explore new technologies and push creative boundaries in art and design.
* A keen interest in trends across pop culture, fashion, art, design, music, and technology, including AI advancements.
