The Role
* Assist in leading, motivating, and inspiring employees to meet sales targets
* Coach employees on weekly KPI performance
* Monitor and improve employee selling skills
* Ensure adherence to company & brand policies
* Support day-to-day store operations and smooth functioning
* Ensure the visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to
* Address stock discrepancies
* Ensure customer loyalty and handle escalated complaints
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Skills and Experience
* 2+ years experience in retail sales or experience in a supervisory role
* Established selling skills and understanding of KPI’s
* Organised and efficient time management skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
