Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Application Support Analyst to join their dynamic ICT team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the applications development life cycle, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work effectively under pressure. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to produce high-standard support documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced support for business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with business customers, software suppliers, and colleagues to resolve complex issues.
Manage incidents, requests, and change controls through the Service Desk.
Develop and maintain support documentation to a high standard.
Work independently and as part of a team within the wider ICT department.
Utilize a clear and logical approach to problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
