The Role
This Top 100 firm is looking for a Family Paralegal to join them in their Legal 500 ranked and Chambers ranked department within their Manchester office.
This firm is recognized for its HNW individuals and Families client services. With a number of Legal 500, Chambers, and Partners and Spears 500 recognized individuals in their ranks, you will be part of an award-winning Family team.
Due to growth within their Manchester office, there is an opportunity for a Paralegal to join this ambitious team. There is a genuine opportunity to progress; the sky is the limit with what you can achieve.
You will be working closely alongside the Senior Associates and Partners to implement the department strategy, undertaking Family matters within:
1. Divorce, dissolution, separation, and financial orders
2. The valuation and treatment of businesses and inheritances
3. Cohabitation agreements
4. Cohabitation breakdown
5. Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
6. Arrangements for children on the breakdown of a relationship
7. Child maintenance and financial provision for children
8. International family cases
Requirements
1. You will be a Family Paralegal
2. You will be currently working within a very reputable firm and Family department
