So, there is no better time to join us We are seeking a Ticketing Operations Specialist to become part of our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in managing our relationships with physical ticketing suppliers and partners, whilst also supporting our Revenue Protection and Fraud strategy. You will be joining our dedicated Revenue Protection and Ticketing team, where you will collaborate with talented colleagues to innovate and transform our approach to fare evasion and fraud prevention. Key responsibilities: (these are not exhaustive) Assist in implementing and maintaining on-board ticket issuing systems Support the development of CrossCountry's on-board ticketing strategy Analyse sales data from Ticket Issuing Systems (TIS) for key stakeholders Manage relationships with barcode and ITSO validation software suppliers Oversee ticketless travel survey commitments and analyse data to identify trends Implement strategies to reduce ticketless travel across the CrossCountry network Experience, knowledge, qualifications & training Essential: Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills Excellent prioritisation and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Well-developed negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Proficient in relationship management and engaging with stakeholders at all levels Experience in evaluating opportunities and making sound recommendations Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a proven track record Proactive individual, who is proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Capable of taking ownership of processes to ensure operational efficiency Highly organised with a keen eye for detail Desirable: Experience in project management Prior experience in the rail industry Good knowledge of the CrossCountry business Keen to express and follow up on ideas with a drive to achieve results Closing date for applications : 5th January 2025 We acknowledge the importance of our people's diverse experiences, talents, and cultures.
