As an Office Administrator, you will work within the Loan Operations team, central to the business. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing borrower relationships, ensuring smooth loan processes, and contributing to the overall borrower experience. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role offers exposure across the company, with opportunities for growth and development. Key Responsibilities Loan Servicing Manage active loans, delivering excellent customer service throughout their duration. Communicate effectively with borrowers, valuers, and internal team members. Monitor loan statuses, planning for extensions and redemptions. Review loan documentation for compliance with lending criteria. Loan Administration Maintain accurate and well-organized loan documentation. Handle professional email correspondence. Update information with relevant authorities (e.g., Companies House, Land Registry). Monitor project management systems and loan progress. Support other business areas as the role evolves.
