Our client is a leading property maintenance management company in Manchester servicing clients around the North West of England. Our client is looking for a polite, responsible and well organised individual to work in the contract services team. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate proffesionalism and the ability to assist customers with a company's services. Their responsibilities include: Passing on feedback: Sharing customer feedback with the product or sales team Helping with registration: Assisting customers with account creation or registration Checking availability: Checking the availability of products or services Providing information: Answering questions and providing information to customers Resolving issues: Investigating and resolving customer complaints Maintaining records: Keeping a database of customer information and documenting issues and resolutions Escalating inquiries: When necessary, escalating inquiries to the appropriate team Building relationships: Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner In exchange for this you will be required to to fit in the working hours and paid for your work some of the benefits will include: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm 40 hours per week £26,000 per annum Medicash medical incentive plan If your interested and feel that you are suitable for the role please click apply
