Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
3. Train and develop team members in food preparation techniques, hospitality practices, and customer service skills.
4. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
6. Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
1. Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
2. Strong understanding of food production processes and culinary techniques.
3. Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
4. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7. Previous experience in bartending or cooking is advantageous but not mandatory.
