We've got a great role for an Electrical Engineer to join a market leader within building services! Great career prospects, additional training, part of a long standing team and valuable career progression. You'll be part of a team on a long standing contract, represent the client in a positive manner and ensure all works are completed. This is a static role, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
As an Electrical Engineer, you will carry out PPM / Reactive maintenance and installations on all electrical systems on site, adhere to client needs, liaise with subcontractors, ensure all logbooks are updated and carry out general building services.
The successful Electrical Engineer will be fully qualified in electrical installations / engineering + regulation qualifications, at least 3 years experience working in a commercial environment and live within commutable distance to site.
Electrical Engineer Duties:
PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, Pumps, BMS Operation
Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
Completing logbooks and RAMS
Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Electrical Engineer Requirements:
Fully qualified in electrical installations / engineering + regulation qualifications (C&G, EAL, NVQ or equivalent)
At least 3 years experience working in a commercial environment (Installations or Maintenance)
Client facing atittude
Live within commutable distance to site
Salary and Package:
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
