Senior Audit Manager Opportunity

About the Role
* Oversee the provision of audits for a diverse range of clients, typically SMEs with turnovers ranging from £1m to £50m.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Lead and motivate a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of audits.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and execute audits in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance and financial reporting accuracy.
* Prepare and present high-quality audit reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Requirements
* Degree in Accountancy or related field (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in audit management, preferably within a Big Four firm or similar.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
Salary and Benefits
A competitive salary package of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, inclusive of a generous bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits. In addition, we offer a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.
