Duties and Responsibilities Financial Planning Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and needs. Prepare and present tailored financial plans, investment strategies, and risk assessments. Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial situations and adjust plans as necessary to adapt to changing circumstances and market conditions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide clients with the best advice and solutions. Management and Mentoring Mentor and support a small but growing team of financial planners, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development and driving the new business pipeline. Conduct employee reviews to ensure ongoing competence of staff and that client service meets the required standards. Take ownership of the advice process, reviewing appropriate policies and procedures, and aligning them with regulatory and company requirements. Challenge the status quo and draw on experience to improve processes and procedures. Deliver management information to the board periodically. Business Development Identify and exploit opportunities for business development. Supporting key projects and initiatives within the business as required. Conduct Promoting the company’s values. Adherence to the conduct rules as defined by the FCA. Taking responsibility for personal training as required to keep abreast with the latest regulatory and legislative changes.
