They provide treasury services, supporting clients in raising finance and optimising their funding strategies.
The Role
This position is ideal for a highly numerate professional with strong financial analysis skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. The role involves engaging with both clients and lenders, so strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with external stakeholders are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support funding decisions.
2. Advise clients on treasury and funding strategies.
3. Engage with lenders and funders to structure financing solutions.
4. Interpret financial statements and assess credit risk.
5. Work extensively with Excel to analyse and present financial data.
Key Requirements
Essential:
1. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with prior experience in financial services or a role involving financial and accounting data.
2. Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
3. Ability to interpret financial statements and assess funding requirements.
4. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and lenders.
Desirable:
1. Experience in credit analysis, banking, or fixed income.
2. Familiarity with financial advisory services or treasury functions.
3. Ability to prepare and present financial reports and presentations.
4. Experience using Bloomberg or similar financial data platforms.
