We are looking for an experienced clinician to join our Integrated Urgent Care team and provide clinical leadership to our 111 services on a permanent, full-time basis. We are looking for up to 37.5 hours a week working as a National 111 Clinical Lead. The role will require National travel across our sites.

You will use your clinical expertise to provide clinical oversight, advising on appropriate clinical governance, quality assurance, and service improvement processes to ensure we are delivering the best possible care to our patients. This will include identifying system improvements, pathway improvements, identifying training needs, and promoting and supporting clinical audits. You will work closely with the 111 Medical lead, IUC patient safety teams, and our 111 operational delivery teams. Our 111 service is 24/7 and deals with over 2.4 million calls a year.
Main duties of the job
There are opportunities to maintain clinical hours by working across our IUCS services.
This job will be working 37.5 hours FTE (including sessional clinical work in the IUC service).
Working hours can be flexible with the expectation to attend certain key meetings.
We are looking for a qualified Clinician who has the following:
* Professional Registration e.g. NMC, HCPC, RPharm
* Experience in Clinical Leadership and team development
* Experience of 111 services and Integrated Urgent Care is highly desirable
