This client are looking for a hands on payroll manager to be heavily involved with continuous improvement projects, as well as overseeing a team of 6 payroll administrators.
The client can offer very flexible hybrid working for the right candidate - Up to 4 days a week from home.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing and Oversight:
* Process, oversee, and direct multiple payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely production.
* Maintain compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.
* Supervise the payroll team to deliver high-quality work.
Reporting and Compliance:
* Generate and analyse payroll reports to support financial and management reporting.
* Ensure accurate and timely FPS and EPS submissions to HMRC.
* Oversee the preparation and issuing of P60s and P11ds to employees.
