Due to the rapid expansion of the business, we are seeking an established Sales/Commercial Manager or ambitious Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team Our mission is to launch several events in three to four markets over the next few years and this is an exciting opportunity for an engaged individual to join at the beginning and be a part of the company growth. The role is based in our central Redhill offices a minimum 4 days per week, with opportunity for hybrid working, and requires both national and international travel. The role will equally suit an established Event Manager seeking to escape a restrictive corporate environment, a talented Sales Manager seeking recognition and reward or indeed an ambitious Senior Sales Executive looking for career progression. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets by generating revenue from new and existing exhibitors as well as upselling/cross selling sponsorship opportunities. Win new business from inbound marketing qualified leads, competitor shows and sourcing your own leads. Ensure maximum client retention by achieving rebook targets onsite at own events and by delivering excellent customer service year-round including by maintaining regular contact (via face-to-face meetings, video calls, phone calls, and/or emails), acting as their first point of contact, responding to their queries, and keeping them informed of developments/opportunities on both events. Ensure the CRM is accurately maintained at all times including customer information, call notes, as well as pipeline management and forecasting. Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience working on B2B events, ideally trade shows. Work to targets and achieve KPI’s 50 calls / 1h call time per day Thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, ambitious environment Ability to travel to competitor events both UK and International as required Excellent customer relationship skills Energy and enthusiasm to drive commercial success Commercially minded being able to implement initiatives identified Experience of HubSpot CRM desirable The role offers competitive salary and bonus structure, generous rebook bonuses and company share scheme.
