Purpose of the Role Reporting to the Business Performance Manager, the role of Business Performance Assistant is to support in the management and delivery of key business reporting documents to our owners and key stakeholders. They will be the key point of contact between our retailer partners and the management team ensuring they receive the support needed to thrive at Derbion. The role will lead all communications methods with retailers as well as support retailers with operational queries by ensuring they are actioned by the relevant member of the operations team. The role will also support the wider management team with business operations including cover of reception and contractor helpdesk, management and distribution of notes and actions from key meetings and other office duties. The role requires good communication and the ability to be proactive and manage workload and deadlines with the wider Derbion team members. Key Responsibilities Work with the Business Performance Manager with the preparation of regular business performance reports including weekly reports, monthly reports, quarterly management meetings and car park performance reports. Be responsible for the collection of retailer turnover ensuring Derbion’s collection rates meet set targets. Be the core contact between the management team and Derbion retail partners and work closely with the Business Performance Manager on retailer communications and centre updates. Management of key retailer communication systems and documents including the Savills Insights app, retailer buddy scheme, retailer handbook and operational tracker. Assist with the Car Park financial reporting and analysis. Facilitate and manage notes and actions of key Derbion working groups and meetings. Facilitate and manage actions and updates for Derbion Your Voice Coordinate regular updates of Derbion documents including induction manual, retailer handbook, retailer contact lists etc. Provide administration support to the Managing Director, Operations Director, H&S Manager, Finance Manager and Commercialisation Manager. Maintain equipment asset registers covering IT and general office equipment. Provide cover for reception and contractor helpdesk on a rota basis. Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the Centre Skills, Knowledge and Experience Proven track record in a similar relevant position Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to write and present effective reports and presentations in excel, word and PowerPoint. Committed, motivated and passionate about our people and our company. Fast and responsive, able to work on own initiative, to strict deadlines. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities. Good eye for detail. Proven team player and ability to work alone. Able to maintain close working relationships with the centre retailers and the centre management team. Good Microsoft skills including excel, word and PowerPoint.
