You've got that special ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
You really are at your best when onboarding new customers and managing the product delivery alongside the sales team. You may also enjoy the upselling part of your role, too.
So you won't be surprised that you'll have two main goals as a Customer Success Specialist - to extend the average customer lifecycle AND increase retention.
You'll do this by being the proactive, curious person you are, ideally with a desire to not just solve customer problems, but prevent them.
The opportunity is for you to join a profitable, and funded, tech start-up and join a small team of two.
You'll report into the Customer Success Manager and collaborate with one other Customer Success Specialist to work as a close team in ensuring customer service levels are kept high.
The beauty of working in a small team is that your systems and processes are still under construction, so you'll have autonomy and freedom within your role.
Two things will put you in a good place for this role: experience in the SaaS industry (essential) and two years of experience within a customer success/service role.
In an ideal world, you'll be an energetic and passionate person who enjoys building relationships both internally (within the business) and externally (with senior stakeholders).
